- How do I import a route?
Hootcycle supports routes with the .fit file format.
We like using Ride with Gps for both finding and creating routes!
If you find/build a route you like, export it as a .fit file, and save it to your phone. Then in the Hootcycle Routes menu, click 'Import' route.
- How do I record a ride?
Start a new ride by tapping the "Record" button on the main screen. The app will use your location and altitude to track your ride and save to a .gpx file.
- How do I sync with Strava?
Connect your Strava account in the app settings menu. All recorded rides will be automatically synced to your Strava account.
